  • Steel Erector / Tube Steel Erector

    Seeking a steel building erector / steel tube erector that would be responsible for assembling and installing steel structures, ensuring they meet all safety standards and design specifications. This role involves reading and interpreting blueprints, lifting and positioning steel components, and working collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

  • Grader

    Seeking an experienced equipment operator/grader (6+ years) to join our team. Candidates must be skilled in grading, water management (slopes/swales), and building pads to precise tolerances. Proficiency with skid steers, excavators, dozers, and laser/transit grading equipment is required. Must have a clean MVR, pass a drug screen, and be able to work independently or with a team. CDL preferred. Commercial and concrete experience are a plus. Pay based on experience.

    Seeking an experienced framer that would be responsible for assembling and erecting the framework of steel buildings, ensuring precision and structural integrity. This role involves reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and working at heights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel framing, a strong understanding of construction techniques, and a commitment to safety.

  • Delivery and Set-Up Driver

    Seeking a driver to run a F550 flatbed truck and shed delivery trailer to transport and setup portable buildings. This person will also be responsible for inspecting and maintaining their equipment, moving inventory and equipment safely and securing to residential jobsites, respectfully and professionally engaging with customers. Clean driving record and medical card is required. CDL class A is preferred but not required up front, however will be a requirement of long term employment.
